Refunds

Sapien Designs Limited reserves the right to deny both full-refund and product exchange. We will not accept returned products if used for; manufacturing production/hire purposes, misused, abused, involved in an accident, damaged in transit, scratched/damaged, improper handling. We will not accept returned products if sold by a third party or custom orders. This does not affect your statutory rights. Products may differ from web images.

Claims
